Cash or bank transfer, settled discreetly at the end of your visit. We do not take cards.
Included
Private room, shower, warm towels, fresh linen, water and as much time as you need afterwards.

01 Swedish Massage
Flowing full-body work — the standard every other massage is measured against. First appointments, general tension, and anyone who wants to switch off rather than be fixed.

02 Deep Tissue Massage
Sustained remedial pressure for the places that hold the week. Desk-bound shoulders, lower-back tightness, and anyone training hard.

03 Reflexology
Precise pressure-point work on the feet — more full-body than it sounds. Stress, poor sleep, and anyone who spends the day on their feet.

04 Cupping Therapy
Suction therapy for stubborn knots and restricted shoulders. Stubborn upper-back knots, restricted shoulders, and adding to a longer massage.

Before you book
Questions about prices
Yes. The published rate includes the full appointment, the private room, towels, linen, shower facilities and the oil or gel used for that treatment.
Cash or bank transfer at the appointment. We do not take card payments, add service fees or require a membership.
Often, if the therapist has space after your booking. Ask before the final part of the session and she will confirm what is possible.
It is a single, targeted fifteen minutes rather than a full appointment, so it is priced accordingly. Many guests add it onto a Swedish or deep tissue session instead of booking it alone.
Choose the shortest duration you genuinely feel comfortable with. You can always return for a longer session once you know the format.
Choosing
Not sure which to book?
Start with Swedish massage if it is your first visit and you would rather not think too hard about it. Choose deep tissue if something specific hurts and you want it addressed properly.
Reflexology is the gentlest option and the easiest to fit into a working day — thirty minutes is enough. Cupping is a short, targeted fifteen minutes, and works well added onto a longer session.
