Upper back and shoulders
The most common booking, for stubborn knots.
Treatment 04 · from £30
Release in fifteen minutes. Suction therapy for stubborn knots and restricted shoulders.
Cupping uses warmed glass or silicone cups to create suction on the skin, lifting tissue and drawing blood to the surface. It reaches tension that hands alone struggle to shift, particularly across the upper back and shoulders.
It is usually booked as a short, targeted session, or added to a longer massage when a specific area is not responding. Fifteen minutes is enough for most people.
One thing to know in advance: cupping commonly leaves round marks on the skin that fade over a few days. They are harmless and not bruises. Tell us if you would rather we kept the suction light, or if you have anything on in the next couple of days.
Best for: Stubborn upper-back knots, restricted shoulders, and adding to a longer massage.
